TERMS

Short version: Be kind, keep it legal, keep it safe, and submit ideas you actually have the right to share. This is a fun community playground—not an anything-goes zone.

1. Using Playground

You may play the game, submit ideas, vote, and share race results for personal, lawful use. You must be at least 13 years old. Do not evade rate limits, interfere with the service, automate abusive activity, or attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that are not yours.

2. Content that is not allowed

Do not submit, link to, promote, or request content involving:

• Pornography, explicit sexual content, sexual services, or non-consensual intimate material.
• Any sexualization, exploitation, grooming, or endangerment of minors.
• Illegal acts, illegal goods or services, controlled substances, weapons trafficking, or instructions intended to facilitate crime.
• Graphic violence, credible threats, encouragement of self-harm, terrorism, or violent extremist activity.
• Hate, harassment, bullying, stalking, or attacks based on protected characteristics.
• Doxxing, stolen personal data, impersonation, privacy violations, or non-consensual surveillance.
• Malware, phishing, scams, spam, deceptive manipulation, or attempts to compromise the site or its users.
• Copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property infringement.
• Anything else that is unlawful, unsafe, exploitative, or clearly incompatible with a welcoming all-ages creative space.

3. Your submissions

You keep ownership of your idea. By submitting it, you give Playground a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, moderate, adapt, implement, promote, and archive it in connection with the site. You confirm that you have the right to submit it. If you optionally add an X profile, you confirm it belongs to you or accurately identifies the intended submitter.

4. Moderation

Ideas may be rejected, hidden, edited for clarity, or removed at any time. Votes may be discarded when they appear fraudulent or abusive. Access may be limited or blocked to protect people or the service. Moderation decisions are discretionary and do not create an obligation to monitor every submission.

5. Availability and liability

Playground is provided “as is” and may change, break, or disappear. No promise is made that a winning idea will be implemented. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site.

6. Changes and contact
